Participants are immersed in a personal and professional atmosphere of support and collegiality. They are challenged to explore perceptions of teaching and learning, as well as analyze their current instructional design. Additionally, participants are asked to explore leadership effectiveness, examine best practices, and adopt models and strategies to increase their professional impact. Participants collaborate with colleagues and their mentors to apply the models and strategies to their lessons. Mentors continue their support in the months following the onsite event.
